We want every SOTHEM piece to feel good the moment you open it. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email hello@sothem.com.au within 7 days and include a photo. We’ll replace it right away.

Because each item is printed just for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.

If your order goes missing, we’ll help track it down or send a replacement.
