Welcome to SOTHEM. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SOTHEM Pty Ltd. We operate this website and store, including all related content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). SOTHEM is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using our Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your location, or you have permission to allow minors under your care to use the Services.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. SOTHEM may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and confirmed.
Because each item is printed on demand, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production begins. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You confirm that purchases are for personal use and not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price for your order, excluding taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method for all applicable amounts.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All SOTHEM products are printed and shipped from Australia. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement. If a replacement also fails to arrive, we will organise a refund.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services—including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs—is owned by SOTHEM or our licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our written permission.

SOTHEM is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with SOTHEM. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, products, or transactions between you and SOTHEM.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify may process your information to operate and improve the platform.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback, ideas, or reviews, you grant SOTHEM a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to use and publish that content. You confirm you have the rights to any feedback you submit.

We may occasionally correct errors or update information on the Services without prior notice, including after an order is submitted.
