Shipping Policy 
Every SOTHEM piece is printed here in Australia, made just for you, and shipped from our local production partners. We currently deliver within Australia only.

Processing Time
Your order is created on demand, not pulled from a shelf. Printing and preparation usually take between two and five business days, and we work to keep everything moving as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is simple. Orders under $119 ship for a flat rate of $10, and orders over $119 ship free anywhere in Australia.

Shipping Time
Once your order is on its way, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. An estimated delivery window will appear at checkout so you know what to expect.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send tracking details to your inbox. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear, but they will show once the carrier scans your parcel.

Address Issues
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order. We want your SOTHEM piece to reach you smoothly, and we’re unable to replace orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, reach out to us at hello@sothem.com.au. We’ll help investigate or organise a replacement because we want you to receive exactly what you ordered.
